Applications and Payments

Please send all applications and payments for application fees or dues to our mailing address.

Complaints and Document Requests

• Complaints: If you have a complaint, please email us at hoaboard@whisperridgemt.com and send us the attached official Complaint Form. All complaints must be formally documented.

• Document Requests: To obtain copies of association documents not available on this site, please request by Email.

Important Notes

• Any alleged violations of the CC&Rs will be investigated or followed up only upon receiving signed, written reports of possible violations.

• The Board will not respond to personal phone calls or anonymous reports.

• These reports are deemed confidential. The information provided, including your name, will not be disclosed except as required by law.

• The Board will review this information and determine at its discretion whether a violation exists and will contact to party that may be in violation with CC&Rs and inform them of complaint.

• The Association intends to encourage the community to follow CC&Rs to keep Whisper Ridge a desirable community.
